This was my last harvest of the year-beets and carrots-from October 25th. We had a nice, long warm, fall. I was happy to enjoy my garden as long as I did this year!

Fall harvest! 🍁 Everything you see here in tonight’s dinner came from my garden except…green apple and the burrata & goat cheeses in the salad. Today I pulled carrots, beets, onions, parsley, mint and cut a second grow of lettuce greens that I started in July. Just when you think the garden is coming to an end, there are still quite a few things back there to harvest. It feels great to get an entire meal out of your garden! #roastedcarrots #beetsalad #fallgarden #fallharvestsalad
